Oba-, which in bonifaciano means root, is the cuisine that Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo dream of bringing to the world from Casas-Ibáñez, their home town.

Cañitas Maite, the family business that watched them grow up, is the root Oba- was born from: a space with just four tables where every dish is told through a notebook inspired by the traditions and technique of our land.
